HOW LONG IS THE DELIVERY TIME?

UK DELIVERY
All our UK orders are delivered by Royal Mail/DHL. All UK orders will be delivered within 3-5 working days upon completion of order production. Delivery includes tracking details and requires a signature upon arrival.

EUROPE DELIVERY
All our Europe orders are delivered by the amazing team at DHL. All European Express Delivery orders will be delivered approximately 3-5 working days after the dispatch date. Delivery includes tracking details and requires a signature upon arrival.

DELIVERY DURING COVID

Please note, during the COVID-19 pandemic, shipping may take longer than our usual time frame. We will always endeavour to communicate any changes, issues or delays with your order should they ever arise.

WHAT COUNTRIES DO YOU DELIVER TO?
We deliver worldwide. However, unfortunately we can not deliver to post office boxes or FPO addresses.

HOW DO I RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM? 
‍We do not offer refunds, only exchanges.
If the fit or style isn’t quite right for you, we are more than happy to offer an exchange. On the condition that the product is returned in the original condition with the tags still attached, the items are unworn, without odour or perfume and aren’t damaged or marked in any way. Our returns department has the right to refuse a return if a returned item does not meet these conditions. In this instance, the item will be returned to the address on the original order.

Before shipping an item back to us, please request a return authorisation request from our returns department within 7 days of receiving your order. You can do this by emailing info@7thCLOSE.com with your order number and your reason for exchange so we can process your exchange as quickly as possible.

*Please note, you will need to cover the cost of your return/exchange back to us if there are no faults with your item. We recommend using a tracked method of postage to ensure it reaches us safely as we are not responsible for lost, stolen or undelivered parcels. In a rare incident that the item has arrived with a fault, we will reimburse the returns delivery cost within 7-10 working days of informing us of the problem.
*Disclaimer: we request all orders be checked thoroughly within 24hrs of receiving goods. We will not be liable for any damages reported beyond this point.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY EXCHANGED ITEM?
Depending on availability of stock, your replacement order will be shipped upon receipt and inspection of your returned item. 

I HAVE RECEIVED A FAULTY PRODUCT, WHAT SHOULD I DO? 
Please contact our customer service first with more details. After confirmation you can return the item to our warehouse. The item will be inspected and should it be a manufacturing fault, a new item will be sent back to you free of charge.

DO I NEED TO SET UP AN ACCOUNT TO ORDER SOMETHING ONLINE? 
No, you don’t need an account to order at our online store. You can checkout as a guest, checkout fast with a Paypal account or register as a customer

I'VE ADDED THE INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS TO MY ORDER, HOW DO I CHANGE IT? 
Please contact our customer service team as soon as possible to change your shipping address. The shipping address can only be changed before the order has been shipped.

HOW DO I CANCEL MY ORDER?
If you changed your mind about your order, please contact our customer service team within 3 hours of placing the order. In the case that your order has not been shipped, we will cancel your order immediately and your order will be refunded back to you. 
If your order has already been shipped, unfortunately we can not cancel your order and you will need to return the item back to us as soon as you receive it.

WILL YOU RESTOCK SOLD OUT ITEMS?
Normally we do not restock any sold items from previous collections. However, this may is vary per items. Please sign up to our newsletter for exclusive restock updates or please contact our customer service team at 7thclose.com for further information.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO 7TH CLOSE ACCEPT? 
At the moment we accept PAYPAL and all major credit/debit cards including: Visa Debits, Credit Cards, Mastercard. We do not however accept American express cards.
