How long is the delivery time?

The estimated delivery time is depending on the shipping country. For orders within the UK, we allow 5-7 working days excluding bank holidays and weekends.

For international orders outside of the UK, we allow 10-14 days excluding working days and bank holidays.As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

Please note due to the current pandemic, shipping may take longer than our usual time frame. We will always endeavour to communicate any changes, issues or delays with your order.

What countries do you deliver to?

We deliver worldwide. However, unfortunately we can not deliver to post office boxes or FPO addresses.

How do I return or exchange an item?

Within 14 days of receiving your order, you may return any goods and we will issue a refund. Please fill in the return form which you received with your order and send it back to the consignee address details with your return. All products must be returned within 14 days of receipt. All products must be unworn and unwashed. All products must have all original 7th CLOSE tags attached. Shipping back to our warehouse is at the customers’ own cost.

Will I be refunded for the full amount of my order?

Yes, the full amount of your order will be refunded minus initial delivery costs.

When do I get my refund? 

Returns will be processed approximately 7 to 10 business days after we receive your return. 

I have received a faulty product, what should I do?

Please contact our customer service first with more details. After confirmation you can return the item to our warehouse. The item will be inspected and should it be a manufacturing fault, a new item will be sent back to you free of charge.

Do I need to set up an account to order something online? 

No, you don’t need an account to order at our online store. You can checkout as a guest, checkout fast with a Paypal account or register as a customer

I've added the incorrect shipping address, how do I change it?

Please contact our customer service team as soon as possible to change your shipping address. The shipping address can only be changed before the order has been shipped.

How do I cancel my order?

If you changed your mind about your order, please contact our customer service team within 3 hours of placing the order. In the case that your order has not been shipped, we will cancel your order immediately and your order will be refunded back to you. 

If your order has already been shipped, unfortunately we can not cancel your order and you will need to return the item back to us as soon as you receive it.

Will you restock sold out items?

Normally we do not restock any sold items from previous collections. However, this may is vary per items. Please keep checking back on the website for restock updates or please contact our customer service team at 7thclose.com for further informations.

What payment methods does 7th CLOSE accept?

At the moment we accept PAYPAL and all major credit/debit cards including: Visa Debits, Credit Cards, Mastercard. We do not however accept American express cards.
