How long is the delivery time?

The estimated delivery time is depending on the shipping country. For orders within the UK, we allow 5-7 working days excluding bank holidays and weekends. 

For international orders outside of the UK, we allow 10-14 days excluding working days and bank holidays. As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

What countries do you deliver to?

We deliver worldwide. However, unfortunately we can not deliver to post office boxes or FPO addresses.

How do I return or exchange an item?

Within 14 days orders may be returned and we will issue a refund. Please fill in the return form which you received with your order and send it back with your return. All products must be returned within 14 days of receipt. All products must be unworn and unwashed. All products must have all original 7th CLOSE tags still attached. Shipping back to our warehouse is at the customers’ own cost.

Will I be refunded for the full amount of my order?

Yes, the full amount of your order will be refunded minus initial delivery costs.

When do I get my refund?

Returns will be processed approximately 7 to 10 business days after we receive your return.

I have received a faulty product, what should I do?

Please contact our customer service first with more details. After confirmation you can return the item to our warehouse. The item will be inspected and should it be a manufacturing fault, a new item will be send back to you free of charge.
